Care at Trezela House is provided 24 hours a day, every day, by a team of experienced and dedicated staff (no agency staff are employed).
All staff receive a CRB / POVA check prior to recruitment, are all qualified to NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care, and receive regular specific training in the support of people with mental health disorders and Dementia.
Trezela House is registered with the CARE QUALITY COMMISSION who regulate Health and Social Care in England and ensure that we meet all the required National Minimum Standards.

Your care is the most important aspect of life at Trezela. We achieve this through individual care plans and a person centred approach.
All aspects of your health care are understood, monitored and maintained through regular contact with your GP, CPN and mental health team. This ensures that you receive the best possible care at all times - we’ll even arrange and accompany you to appointments and reviews.
